This summer, KHOM invites you to De Natuurtafel—an intimate, open-air culinary experience. Immerse yourself in a profoundly simple, grounded evening where even the table and seating are sculpted from the earth itself, surrounded by the very vegetables that will soon grace your plate.
Here, what you see is what you eat. We have crafted a vegetable-forward summer tasting menu inspired by traditional Korean culinary heritage, such as Ssam culture (wrapping fresh, leafy vegetables with rice, savory sauce, and protein). We also embrace local botanical resources—like wild elderflower—to create a joyful, unique marriage between different cultures and natural sources.
Because we let nature dictate the menu, the number of guests is strictly limited by the bounty of the harvest. Reserve your spot early to join us for this exclusive summer experience.

Whether fried, blended, steamed, shining solo, or paired with other seasonal ingredients, every component is harvested just hours before you arrive. It’s a culinary bridge connecting traditional Korean flavors with the rich Dutch soil.
The Evening’s Flow
18:00 – Welcome & Garden Walkthrough
Arrive at the field for a botanical welcome drink. Take a stroll through the rows of specialty greens, flowers and flax.
18:30 – The Main Act
Gather around the Natuurtafel. Enjoy tasting menu fellow dining mates.
21:00 – Twilight Digestif
As the sun sets over the fields, conclude the evening with the sweet herby dessert

What is the concept of this dining event?

How many people can attend in one evening?
De Natuurtafel can host up to 10 guests per evening. Because of this intimate size, you can expect a social, communal dining experience—it is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded, curious people who share a love for food and nature.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Because this event features a specialized menu prepared in an outdoor kitchen setup, we face certain logistical limitations and may not accommodate all dietary requirements. Please inquire with us upfront before booking if you have strict dietary needs. We want to ensure we can safely and beautifully deliver the experience you expect!
What happens if it rains?
If the weather doesn't cooperate, the dinner will be moved to Dorpsstraat 6, the private residence of Chef Kwon, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the garden. We will notify you via email ahead of time if we decide to move the event indoors.
Are there restroom facilities available?
There are no restroom facilities directly inside the garden. However, guests are welcome to use the restrooms at Chef Kwon’s private home, which is located just a 5-minute walk away. We recommend planning accordingly!
Is my ticket refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you can no longer make it, you are welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend or family member. Please just let us know the name of the new guest and any dietary restrictions they might have at least 48 hours in advance.
Where does the profit from the evening's revenue go?
Any profit generated from these evenings goes directly back into the ground. Every euro helps us maintain the garden, purchase high-quality organic tools, source unique heirloom seeds, and invest in rich compost to keep the soil thriving for seasons to come. By dining with us, you are directly supporting the growth and sustainability of this local green space!
