These terms apply to all culinary events, pop-up dinners, workshops, and other experiences hosted by KHOM by Kwon. By making a reservation or attending an event, you agree to the policies below.
1. Scope & Nature of Service
All culinary events, pop-up dinners, and workshops hosted by KHOM by Kwon operate strictly on an advance reservation basis. Walk-in bookings are not accepted due to the small-batch nature of preparation and seasonal ingredient sourcing. Every experience is designed for limited, small-group seatings to ensure culinary precision, attentive hosting, and an immersive dining experience.
2. Booking & Payment
A reservation is fully confirmed only after payment is received.
3. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Because ingredients, fermentation batches, and course planning are prepared strictly according to confirmed guest numbers, cancellations made at least 5 full days (120 hours) before the scheduled event start time are eligible for a 100% full refund; notice must be provided in writing by email. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person; please email the replacement guest’s name, email address, and dietary restrictions before the event. Bookings cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or credited to a different date or future event once inside the 5-day window.
4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Guests are requested to notify KHOM by Kwon of any dietary restrictions or severe food allergies at the time of booking or at least 5 days in advance. While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles soy, nuts, gluten, seafood, and botanical ingredients, and an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
5. Punctuality & Event Flow
Courses are served in synchronized sequence for the entire group. Guests are encouraged to arrive on time; late arrivals may miss certain courses, which cannot be served retroactively.
6. Cancellations by Host & Force Majeure
In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions for outdoor seating, illness, or emergency, KHOM by Kwon reserves the right to reschedule the event or issue a full refund to participants.
