Korean culinary experience in Oud-Zuilen
Picturesquely nestled between the idyllic Vecht River and the centuries-old Slot Zuylen Castle, Oud-Zuilen is a beloved destination for both locals and visitors. Khom by Kwon aspires to add Korean cuisine as yet another reason to visit this enchanting village.

Garden-to-Table
Since 2023, gardening has become an indispensable part of KHOM by Kwon. Driven by a simple desire to cultivate typical Korean ingredients in Dutch soil and climate, we've been growing radish, cabbage, chili, sesame, Korean pear, and melon, to name a few.
While it's challenging to find varieties that thrive in these wet months, we've already made several harvests and are proudly producing our own kimchi from vegetables grown right here in Oud-Zuilen!
