Korean cooking workshop - Summer Vegtables

€78

Available for booking

In this small-group Korean cooking workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional vegetable dishes that bring out the natural character of the season. We’ll make namul, seasoned cooked vegetables often made with wild herbs; kimbab, the famous rice roll; and ssam, fresh wraps with rice, vegetables, and sauce.

We’ll begin by harvesting fresh vegetables from our kitchen garden, including perilla leaves, pumpkin, lettuce, and more. Along the way, you’ll learn which supermarket vegetables can be used as easy alternatives, so you can recreate the dishes at home.

All ingredients are provided, and the session is limited to a maximum of five participants. You’ll taste everything you make during the workshop and bring home your prepared dishes to enjoy later.
